📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (such as product launches or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at hello@iweyoutalk.com

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

We want you to love your I We You Talkâ„¢ purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Digital products (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo (if the product is damaged or defective)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
